At the moment, Karalius Mindaugas vocational training center offers several ways to find a company to practice: 1) students are encouraged to find an internship on their own initiative; 2) some departments organize excursions to employers; 3) some departments invite employers to come to the Center and present themselves; 4) students can find an internship using The Register of potential employers which is being updated by the Center. But these ways of finding internships are insufficient, new innovative solutions are needed.
